Vincent I. Henry is President of Henry Technology Solutions, L.L.C., a company whose primary focus is the development & implementation of advanced glass technology. This company started in January 2000. In January 2000, Mr. Henry also assumed the position of Senior Industrial Advisor to the United States Department of Energy, Office of Industrial Technologies glass program. Previously, from September 1976 to December 1999, Mr. Henry worked for the Glass Division of Ford Motor Company (now Visteon Glass), where he held various management positions in manufacturing and research and development, most recently as Manager of Advanced Technology. As Manager, he was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of advanced technologies and methodologies for producing new process/products and for enhancing the effectiveness of current manufacturing operations. He was also a liaison between Ford Glass and the U.S. Government. Prior to joining Ford, Mr. Henry worked as a senior development engineer with PPG Industries.
