Mrs Elisabeth Flygt has been working at Glafo, the Swedish Glass Research Institute, since 1990. She is currently holding a position as Information Specialist and Project Leader. She was the Editor and Project Leader of “Boken om Glas” (the Book about Glass) published by Glafo in 2005.

She is the treasurer of NGF (the Scandinavian Society of Glass Technology), the secretary of Technical Committee 1 (Information and Communication) in ICG (the International Commission on Glass), member of Glasakademin and IRIS (the Swedish Industrial Research Institutes) groups for Information and EU issues. She is also the secretary of the Flat Glass working team in Sweden.
