I joined Nippon Sheet Glass Co., Ltd. (NSG) after graduated university in 1992. Two years later, NSG included me started the collaboration research work of vacuum glazing with University of Sydney. I have been in charge of development about vacuum glazing as an engineer, and developed new production method of it and new type vacuum glazing based on understanding various properties of vacuum glazing. Also, I received a doctor degree from Nagoya Institute of Technology with the surface science research of galss in vacuum. I am one of specialist concerning the vacuum glazing in NSG. I am a member of " The Ceramic Society of Japan".
