Harri Perämaa, an engineer by profession, has achieved numerous milestones in the glass business throughout his career, and has successfully contributed to the development of modern day glass processing by use of his extensive knowledge and know-how. In the twenty years of experience that he has accumulated various inventions for Tamglass as R& D engineer for heat strengthening, tempering, and the tempering bending machines.

His time has been well spent as inventor, developer, project manager and later bringing together all his experience by establishing his consulting company DP-Engineering LTD, where he has been in charge of designing and building eleven different glass processing companies worldwide. These multifaceted viewpoints of the glass processing business around the globe, notably in the windshield sector, have given him the tools for success in order to set up his own thriving factory in Dubai, U.A.E., under the name Lumiglass Industries L.L.C.

As a man who has been involved in over 28 glass factories worldwide, from production development, to consultant, to factory manager, to project manager, to full factory set-up, and to investor / managing director / partner, Harri Perämaa has seen it all, and is confident that with his team of glass experts working for him, will achieve further conquests in the business in the years to come.
