Wolfgang Friedl is the Head of After Sales Department at Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH. He continuously searches for improvements and new developments; among others he initiated the first cold end optimization of the float ribbon and promoted the solenoid-based cutting wheel force generator. He has been working as a leading member in the LiST laser cutting development team, the very first to be successful in float ribbon cutting by laser.

Wolfgang Friedl studied electrical engineering and has been working with Grenzebach Maschinenbau in various positions.
