I have worked in R&D at Pilkington since 1989. During this time, I have primarily worked in On-Line (CVD) coating technology and am a co-inventor on several patents in this area. I have also worked on electrochromic devices and new interlayers for glass lamination. My current responsibilities include managing new product developments which utilize on-line CVD coating techology.

Prior to joining Pilkington, I completed my Ph.D. at Harvard University under the supervision of Dr. Roy Gordon. At that time, the focus of Dr. Gordon’s research was developing new materials for thin film solar cells.

I am currently a member of the American Chemical Society and the Materials Research Society.
