Energy efficiency with glass in buildings – it need not cost you the earth!

Climate change and global warming have turned into THE strategic issues of the 21st century . Knowing that the building sector is responsible for 40% of total gas emissions, space heating and air conditioning make up to 70% of a building’s total energy costs and CO2 emissions, the good news is that the glass industry can deliver immediate energy efficient and cost effective measures in view of two major challenges Europe is facing today.
