Inorganic-organic Hybrids Antireflection Film

With the development of global industrialization, energy demand for human is growing increasingly. Since solar energy is an inexhaustible energy supply, research on the use of solar energy has aroused great attention. However, the shortage of silicon materials and high cost for fabricating solar cell restrict the application of solar cell in our lives. Antireflective coating not only can improve the transparency of optical devices but also increase the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of solar cell [1-5]. Here, we developed a facile method for fabricating inorganicorganic hybrids film with nanoporous structure.
