As the glass industry's address on the world wide web, glass.com(TM) receives more that 20,000 visitors and processes nearly 9,000 inquiries per day about glass and related products and materials. Usage data provides an interesting look at the types of information requested and common questions asked by consumers, architects, those involved in the manufacturing process and more. A list of web sites to which to refer others and ways to avoid making common mistakes on the World Wide Web are also discussed.
