Intelligent software solutions have become a more important and integral part of the glass processing industry. Machinery for the production of insulated, tempered, and processing of glass becomes more and more sophisticated. Cycle times stated by suppliers however can only be achieved if the flow of production is optimised in a certain way and downtimes are reduced to a minimum or eliminated completely. Modern software solutions in this field offer tools to optimise the overall production flow and routing of glass through the factory in the most efficient way.
