New Technology for Formation of Energy-Saving Coatings on Glass by a Method of Consequent Chemical Reactions in Water Solutions

New technology for formation of energy-saving coatings on glass for industrial and civil construction by a method of molecular lamination from water solutions is developed.
Comparative estimation of energy efficiency of glasses, manufactured according developed technology with commercial samples of low emissive glasses was committed.
It was found out, that on terms of heat resistance molecular lamination coatings are as good as commercial samples, manufactured by magnetron sputtering and high-temperature pyrolysis. Lowered transmittance in visible and near IR-region of a spectrum, and accordingly shading coefficient, provide additional protection against solar radiation in summer period.
