Inline inner cut-outs, complex shapes completely pre-processed with one time positioning only

Roland Lange & Robert Hereth, Rohmer + Stimpfig

The new IAS system (inline inner cutout) can be used to break out internal cutouts of any shape by means of a special thermal process. These cutouts are then suitably ground and polished using downstream edge-processing machines. In contrast to the usual methods to date, this system can be integrated in any fully automated production line.
