New Methods and Technologies for the Production of Screen Printed Automotive Glass

To increase the productivity of the screen printing process on automotive glass by reducing machine down times using new methods and technologies. This article describes a new method of panel positioning by using CAD systems for setting up servo-motor driven positioning stations. Screen
blockage is one of the major issues for down times. The first solvent based automatic cleaning system to solve this problem will be introduced.
