Future Design Trends in Automotive Glazing

The aim of this presentation is to first
briefly study the relationship of design and glass
as a material both in historical and future
perspective. Secondly, to study the development
of the environment where glass is used by
automotive designers and thirdly, to give
examples of how glass could be used in future
transportation design. The approach is rather
from a designer’s point of view and thus more
abstract and emotionally orientated than
scientific or technical.
