Screen Printing on Flat Glass for the Automotive Industry

The poster presentation will inform about special requirements to print on vehicle glass.

A machine layout will give an example how the following printing tasks will be solved:
- quick setting-up of the printing line (print parameters and masks)

- repetitive and reproducible parameters

- printing at 0 tolerance towards the panel edge in a continuous printing cycle

A new method will be shown how to print on lateral glass panels at a tolerance of 0 towards the panel edges. Additionally, a machine to print front and rear window panels will be introduced.
