Spectrally Selective Coatings for Glass Windows Used in the Automative Industry Defects Location and Caracterization

The need for efficient spectrally selective transmission glass is increasing every day in the automotive industry. PVD' electrochromic multilayered coatings are a convenient solution to the problem. Results will be presented of the characterization of the coatings we developed emphasizing the thickness and microtopograpic inspection of the system glass/coating.
