Screen Printing Process - Stencil Making

In all glass screen printing applications the parameters of the stencil should always be carefully controlled to avoid a too high ink deposit on the edges of the image. A too high deposit may cause overprinting problems or firing problems.
The choice of the mesh count is basically responsible for the amount of ink printed.
