Helmut Brook

The manufacture of insulating glass panes as a building product which is subject to regulations requires
comprehensive quality assurance of the whole production process. This quality assurance is preferably based on a certified system, for instance ISO 9000 ff. or a different process of certified internal or external monitoring. The comments below give an overview on the functions of sealants, present test objectives and methods and show possibilities of helping to clear acute irregularities in external or internal monitoring.
