Warm-edge Solutions for Insulating Glass

"Warm edge" spacers for insulating glass have a small but growing market share in the European market. New regulations for energy saving will have a major influence on the future design of buildings, windows and glazing - even on the edge bond of an insulating glass unit - and might quickly change the market. Simple marketing statements are not helpful. Profound knowledge about the correlation and mutual influence of glazing, edge bond and frame is required, to allow insulating glass and window manufacturers to find their own way of reacting to these new demands.
