Comparison of Monolithic and Laminated Glass Subjected to Barrier Loads

Tests of representative balustrade panes under non-uniform design loads have shown that laminated toughened glass made using pvb deflects more and develops higher stresses than the equivalent thicknesses of monolithic toughened glass or laminated toughened glass made using SentryGlassPlus (SGP), which gave a similar performance to monolithic toughened glass.
