CEN New Standard for Glazing

The European efforts on harmonising
standards have been going on for a number of
years. The work has taken longer than expected,
it was supposed to result in new standards in
1992. Some harmonised standards exist but it
will take another 2-3 years before the majority of
them are out in the market.
This paper will try to describe the actual status
of the ongoing work in the CEN working group
responsible for preparing standard for glazing.
