Project of Russian law: technical order “About safety of glass and its products used in buildings and constructions”

In compliance with the “Technical Regulation Act” the project of new technical order was developed. This presentation is devoted to the main regulations of this project.The project of the Federal Law is aimed to the guaranteeing: protection for the life and health of citizens, property of physical and juridical persons, state and municipal property; preservation of the environment, the life and health of animals and plants; prevention of operations misleading for purchasers during projection, carrying, storing, using and utilization of building glass products. The main topics are the following: securing of mechanical safety, thermal safety, fire safety, radiation safety, uniformity of measurements; determination of requirements for glass and its products used in building; requirements for packing and marking; requirements for storage, transport and utilization; requirements for maintenance; rules and forms of evaluation of items conformity to the requirements of the Federal Law.
