Samuels Glass Company was founded in 1914 by the Samuels family and is still owned and operated by that same family. The business opened it's doors at 308 S. Alamo, moving to 923 S. Alamo circa 1925. Then, in 1950, Samuels moved into a brand new building at 221 Newell. These facilities have been expanded to include office and showroom space, a glass shop and warehouse, aluminum fabrication shop and warehouse as well as a retail outlet on San Pedro just north of Loop 410.
