In 1998 the company built a new, state-of-the-art plant in Tualatin, Oregon. The 100,000-square-foot production facility has helped Empire Pacific become one of the leading vinyl window manufacturers, and the fastest growing, in the Northwest. All of Empire Pacific’s window products meet the national requirements to earn the “Energy Star” rating. Energy Star, sponsored by the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency, is designed to distinguish window and door products that are highly energy-efficient.
