  SCM GROUP and ELMAG have reached an agreement which will boost the Italian woodworking industry.

SCM Group has acquired 60% of Elmag’s shareholding and accordingly will be able to offer a comprehensive range of products including highly technological surface treatment machinery and systems which are greatly esteemed by the large furniture industry. By becoming part of the SCM Group, Elmag and its brands Superfici and Valtorta, will benefit from the Group’s strong organisational and financial structure and reach its full potential.
