Our tradition of innovation dates back to 1903, when our predecessor, Hy-Sil Manufacturing, was the first to develop the technology of vacuum deposition. Since then, we've invested more in research, development, and performance testing than any other company in our field. It's the reason we've achieved more industry firsts than anyone else - the first roll-to-roll metallizer, the first laminated film, the first reusable consumer film, the first waterproof adhesive, as well as a host of others.
